How to return products to the store

STEP 1

Go to SzybkieZwroty.pl and start the return process.

STEP 2

Fill out the form

Complete the order details and select the products for return, then place the form in the return package.
Download the form
STEP 3

Pack the products

If you are using the same box in which you received your order, please remove the old label from it. Place the products inside and you can write the return code on the package by hand.
STEP 4

Send via Paczkomat

Send your parcel at any Parcel Locker. In the InPost app, select the option to open the locker remotely or scan the QR code at the device, then place your parcel inside.

RETURN POLICY

Returns - simple rules, stress-free

At Candela, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Key rules

  • You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return it.
  • Products must be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • We will refund you within 7 business days of receiving the parcel.

Return cost

Returns from Poland are free of charge. For returns from abroad, the customer covers the cost of sending the product back.

Returning from abroad or on your own?

You don't have to use an InPost Parcel Locker. Print and fill in the return form, put it in the parcel and send it to:

Exchanging for another size

We don't offer exchanges for logistical reasons. If you'd like a different size or model, return the product and place a new order.
