💡 Returns - simple rules, no stress!

At Candela we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

🔄 Returning from Poland? (free of charge)
1️⃣ Register your return with InPost Szybkie Zwroty: go to Szybkie Zwroty.
2️⃣ Pack the product and drop the parcel off at any InPost Paczkomat locker.
3️⃣ Once we receive the parcel, we will refund your money within 7 business days.

✉️ Returning from abroad or sending it yourself?
Fill in the return form, put it in the parcel and send it to the address below. For returns from abroad, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
